1. Who we are

We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website, within the meaning of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Our company details are in the site footer.

2. What we collect

We process identity and contact details (name, email, phone), booking details (dates, party size, property, special requests), payment confirmations (card data itself is handled by our licensed payment providers and never stored by us), and basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.

3. Why we process it

We use your data to perform the rental agreement, to meet legal obligations including mandatory guest registration with Turkish authorities, to answer your enquiries, and, only with your consent, to send marketing messages. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the link in any message.

4. Who we share it with

Data is shared only where necessary: with payment institutions to process payments, with authorities where the law requires it, and with service providers such as hosting and email delivery who process data on our documented instructions. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Booking and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Turkish tax and tourism legislation, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or deletion, object to results produced solely by automated systems, and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. EU residents have the corresponding GDPR rights. To exercise them, contact us via the contact page; we respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted, access to personal data is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are backed up and monitored.
