1. The agreement

These terms govern every booking made through this website. By confirming a reservation you enter into a short term holiday rental agreement between you, the lead guest, and us, the operator named in the booking confirmation. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the whole party.

2. Bookings and payment

A reservation is confirmed once we receive the deposit stated at checkout and you receive a written confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in; bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking. If the balance is not received on time we may treat the booking as cancelled by you.

3. Check-in, check-out and guest registration

Check-in and check-out times are stated on each property listing. Turkish law requires all guests to be registered with the authorities, so a valid passport or ID card for every member of the party is required at check-in.

4. Occupancy and house rules

The number of guests may not exceed the capacity stated on the listing. Events and parties are not permitted without our prior written consent. Quiet hours, pet rules and smoking rules are stated on each listing and form part of this agreement.

5. Damage deposit

Where a listing states a refundable damage deposit, it is collected before or at check-in and returned within 7 days of check-out, less the documented cost of any damage beyond normal wear.

6. Our responsibility

We prepare and inspect every home, but we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as utility or network outages, weather, or noise from neighbouring properties. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of the province where the property is located have jurisdiction.
